Last year I tried the terrain park at Mt. Rose. Unfortunately I fell/crashed 99% of the time. Does anyone have any tips of how to brave the ramps.

1. Commit.
2. Practice on smaller jumps and side hits until you feel comfortable in your approach and in the air. 3. Work up gradually and slowly. 4. Stay off your edges on boxes and rails. 5. When going downhill on a box stay (stand) PERPENDICULAR to the angle of the box at all times 6. If you feel yourself losing your balance, then drop off the feature. 7. I am shit at park. Probably best to ask this in another section where more people can offer you much better advice (they cant post in threads in this section unless they are the thread starter). Have fun! :) |
