Hello,
I'm planing on getting Burton Custom Flying V deck and some of the local snowboarders said that I'll have problems sharpening the Frostbite Edges on this board. Does this makes any sense? Thanks, skullmonkey |

you will be fine. frostbite is so minimal that it's not even worth thinking about. just sharpen it like a regular edge.
that being said, you don't need to be concerned with sharpening them. it takes a long time for edges to dull from regular riding unless you're constantly on rails and slamming your board around on various jib features.

If they can't sharpen those edges, they also can't Lib Tech and GNU and Smokin board and I think a few other brands too. But Frostbite Edges are a lot easier to sharpen.
