I dont imagine it would be that hard... you could probably drill two holes in your work bench (probably 150cms apart) then get some wood pegs, fab up a crossbar over the pegs, (glue it then tack it with a nail) and if you want drill holes in the crossbar and get 2 removable round pegs that fit in and out as needed so you could put the board on different angles. I might do this if my dad gets the garage back up and running over the winter... Ive got all types of carpentry tools this should be an easy job.

Just get some cheap made-in-China bench vice and remove the steel jaws. Find 2-centimetre-thick or thicker rubber or silicone pads, countersink holes into them and reinstall them back onto the vice reusing the bolts that attached the jaws, but with the addition of washers. I recommend a cheap vice because you will never reach the clamping force where industrial-grade made-in-England vices would be required. Or, if you have a surface to clamp onto, just get a quick clamp from a hardware store.

yea that's what I would do is just mount something on a bench that you and use in combination with some nice quick clamps. I've never in 4 years of tuning needed more then a squeeze clamp to hold the board or ski in place.
