I'll vouch for the videos. I spent the money and they are super detailed and will help your riding no matter what skill level. Some of the guys I ride with also use his videos and one goes to his camps. Nev and Snowboard Addiction is as legit as it gets.

This video was extremely informative! Thank you for posting. I was working on 180's all last season, more so backside as I did find frontside easier. But I have been struggling with cabs. I also really appreciate that details about throwing in a shifty so I'll be working on that now too. I don't think I've fully grasped the motion yet but hopefully it'll make more sense when I'm riding. Thanks again!

It's good to combine both. An instructor can observe what you're doing and make suggestions. My son's freestyle coach also has the videos and recommends them.

I agree. Watching the videos prepared me in terms of letting me know what I should do and not go blindly into it, but it cant replace an instructor who is right there that can give you individualized attention and point out what you're doing. I guess the videos give you a good starting point, but if I get stuck...I need an instructor or someone who knows what they're doing to tell me what I need to do. |

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the feedback, having an instructor will definitely help! For those who cant afford an instructor we find that getting the videos onto your phone or ipod so you can take them up the mountain really helps! Not to mention having your mates with you to observe and instruct. If you have no friends maybe try grabbing a GoPro! :p Our latest vid for our balance bar check it out, would love to hear your thoughts: Balance Bar Tutorial |
