hey guys, i recently took up boarding and i live in north jersey, my friends usually take me to mtn creek and camelback cause they're cheap and close, but any recommendations??

If you're just starting out, Creek and Shawnee are fine. Once you get into better mountains, Hunter is a bit further upstate NY and Big Boulder has awesome park and is just past Camelback.
Then of course you have Mt Snow, Stratton, Killington, Okemo etc a short drive away in VT. |
