Binding Replacement Parts

Ok so sorry if this in the wrong place or it seems like a stupid question, but here goes.

My Sims bindings i'm getting used don't have the toe strap on it, the ladder part

it doesn't look they have a screw hole to hold them in place, or i just cant see it, so exactly which kind do i need to make them usable again

You just put it in the bottom and it will stay there. 

You need some toe ladders.  I can't find any email for SIMS on their website for warranty info. Bring them into your local shop to see if they have any replacement ladders for sale. 

I would have changed the bindings. If one strap is broken, other will break soon, believe me)

i just want to add how much i hate when bindings lose parts!!

it is a slip in type, with the 2 circles holding it in grooves
the other side of the toe strap is like the ladder part and it was a snug fit to move, do most of these type come in the same size

i also contacted sims but nothing came back yet
