IDK but Union Binding ladders don't have screws. They use little round tabs. You slide the ladders through the bottom and they are held by groves.

You just put it in the bottom and it will stay there.

They slip in through the bottom until the end tabs slide into the notches underneath the binding. Burton ladders are like that as well. I suggest trying to contact Sims or just buy some cheap Burton toe ladders on eBay.
EDIT: Definitely take to local shop first... if you ask nicely, they'll probably just give them to you for free. Don't say you bought the bindings like that though, tell them they broke from a bad fall off your first rail or something.

You need some toe ladders. I can't find any email for SIMS on their website for warranty info. Bring them into your local shop to see if they have any replacement ladders for sale.
Not sure if these Rome ones will fit. or maybe these |

I would have taken it to the local snowboard shop, and ask if they could help you :)

I would have changed the bindings. If one strap is broken, other will break soon, believe me)

most resorts will also have repair shops. for something small like replacing a broken/missing strap of a buckle, they'll only charge u a couple bucks

Thanks everyone for the replies
it is a slip in type, with the 2 circles holding it in grooves the other side of the toe strap is like the ladder part and it was a snug fit to move, do most of these type come in the same size i also contacted sims but nothing came back yet thanks again |

local shop and free?
haha not around these parts.. and You would want to see if the ladders work with your ratchets as well. Different brands sometimes use different size, it isn't standardized. You're gonna have to run the ladders through and crank em to see if it'll work. just an fyi.
