Probably going to go up tomorrow or wednesday. How is it during a weekday? is it a lot less crowded? pretty excited for my first run in the season.

it's definitely ALOT less crowded on weekdays. I pretty much will avoid the High on weekends unless I'm helping with the media people....

I used to go a lot during the weekdays! the weekends would end up being way too crowded. I hate putting up with long lift lines )= Its nice if you have a season pass and time on weekdays to head up there!

I wouldn't call it nice... It's still only a 1000/1600ft vert drop with 1/12 the acerage of mammoth... Totally not fair, I realize that... but I've been spoiled

yup... Nighttime sessions are also a plus. Those are usually sorta empty. The college nights are packed though.

well for me, its a 300 dollar season pass and a 1 hour drive vs a 1k season pass and a 5 1/2 hour drive up a mountain :P

I go on weeknights and its definitely not crowded. I'm sure weekdays are as empty. And actually, the weekends are not that bad if you stick to singles lines. Although, i do leave the mountain around 1.
I have passes to both Mammoth and High- so I can appreciate the best of both places. If only high could set up bigger jumps :(
