will i notice a difference between157cm and 159cm-

im looking for a little bit of all mountain riding and cruising but mostly focused on jibbing and the terrain park and jumping. im 6'0" without boots and 175 lbs. would i have been better off with the 157? or will i most likely not notice any difference? thanks

The answer would lie in the differences in sidecut radii and nose/waist/tail widths. Do a side-by-side comparison of their specifications to differentiate. The trend is that longer lengths of the same model are more sluggish, but it isn't caused by the added length. The difference in character is from the increased snowboard material (total surface area) that your unchanged body mass now has to manipulate combined with adjustments in sidecut and widths.

Depending on how strong you are, but difference will be small.
You'll notice it more when jibbing and rotating. Extra length will add more rotational mass and board will be stiffer compare to a smaller board.
You'll get used to it but better off with a smaller board
As said before, carving will be different too due to change in waist width and sidecut, and stiffness

I recommend getting the 157 board because it's a little bit smaller and will give you more control if you ride terrain park, plus it's lighter. :)

I'll say 155ish for jibbing and such.

if i got a 159 should i return it?? i just don't want to regret what i got...

l was previously using 155, then use 153 now. I honestly dont notice much of a difference at all. Maybe the only thing l felt was less control, but it was completely a different board and form (rc/c)

stick with the 159... since you're 70% not in the park you'll get more out of the board that way.

I'm about 6' and 185. I ride mostly park, I would personally go with the 157 without question. 159 would be a good all terrain board, but you will want something smaller most likely if you are any bit of a park rat.  Just for info, I ride a 156 midwide and I love it, not great for powder days, but love it for everything else.

its all your choice, take it keep it. make that choice
