Hi, I am looking for a new set of snowboard bindings. Currently I am using the Burton Custom bought three years back and want to upgrade to a more responsive and advanced set. Seems Burton Cartel is a good choice, but it is not cheap, so wonder, in general, will this binding be on sale at end of this season? I dont want to spend this much money and end up with half of the price in April.
Thanks guys!

cartels have been around for awhile and have an excellent track record. This would definitely be a great choice for what you are looking for. They won't be half price in April.. maybe 30% off TOPS.

If you buy old year models, you can get them for much cheaper than 2013s if you look in the right places. Going used can be a good option too. You'd be surprised how people will use things for one season and then upgrade. Try asking to buy some in the classifieds and see if you get any responses.

Pick up a used set of cartels online? I personally prefer burton bindings, haven't had a chance to try the cartels but if they're half as good as what i've been hearing then i'm sure they're great!

TS still does price adjustment, if it's within the 30 days. But if the button isn't showing then shoot them an email.

no reason to buy the latest-season cartels (which are over 200). look for past-season graphics for around $150 or so.
i have 2 sets of cartels, they are great all-around bindings

^^ Burton Restricted products only roll out to special stores. Usually smaller "core" stores for limited runs (styles, colors, sometimes even features).
