Dear Members,
The Ask Our Snowboard Staff forum was developed to provide our online customers access to our in store staff.  Customers visit our store in Sacramento to receive expert advice, shop our huge selection and pay the best price.  Much research was put into how we could bring this in store experience to our online customers.  After studying online communities this past season it became evident that there was great variance in quality online help.  In the various online communities relating to our industry, questions or post have quickly turned into banter that has left the original poster without proper guidance and in most cases left them feeling intimidated, made fun of and in the end, without help.

For the sake of our online customers, to provide them with same expert and friendly advice experienced in our local store, only our trained online staff members will provide feedback in the Ask Our Snowboard Staff forum section.
