does rainbow 6 gamer levels like halo does????

Yeah man the storymode is fairly challenging so i figure it will help out a lot.  I just know from playing halo and what not no one wants a new guy on there team who is just bringing them down because they don't know what the hell they are doing.  I definitely don't want to be "that" guy.  Should beat it by the end of the weekend especially since its still in the 50s-60s here and none of the local places are open so no boarding this weekend

We will have to play some rainbow 6 soon nu nu I have been playing the campaign to get better at it so I don't get absolutely smoked when I play online

dang bruizzer, i would have never realized that. well, i guess there isnt too much i dont like about the ps3 now that you have straightened those out for me!

i was wondering why there were so many things i wasnt liking that seemed so simple....

i'm hoping that Nintendo will finally start pressing/making games that are much better than what they've released previously. it was a beginning when Nintendo bought the rights to Resident Evil for the Gamecube, but then they realized that Nintendo doesn't sell well so they just released rights to everyone.

i think the Wii definitely has potential, they just have to release their own version of XBOX's Halo or GOW.

i think MGS is a DOPE game, but i don't think it's enough for PS3 to win anyone over. they need a multi-player game like Halo or what not.

So, I have the Wii and the 360.  And well, I haven't really played that much on the 360 since it's at my home in the bay.  But the 360 has amazing graphics and stuff.

I'll be waiting a bit to see the line-up of games that will be coming of for Wii.... so far i've only really heard good things about the system, despite some tv's breaking and bruises, but in all, a very fun party system.

it's a good cardio entertainment console for all... parents will like cause it gets the kids moving around and taking part in a game as compared to the more traditional gaming.. my body was sore for 2-3 days after playing tennis/bowling/baseball.

Any Nintendo Wii owners? I thought it was a great system and was considering getting one because of the pricing standpoint.

i think the only thing the PS3 has going for itself is the Blue Ray player. but i think it's going to be a while before Blue Ray gets big, so until Sony comes out with a dope ass Playstation only game, they're SOL.

im liking it a lot. my last system was a dreamcast, so this is a huge step up for me. i have resistance, blazing angels, tiger woods 07, nhl 07, tony hawk 8, and i bought max payne 2 from ps2 platform for like two bucks.

resistance is pretty good, i hooked it up to 50 " plasma and it was the clearest picture i have seen on that tv (even versus HD channels). the game was pretty good, and it took several days for me to beat it, but yes, i DID! i really didnt know what it was about when i got it, i just got it because it was supposed to be the only game worth getting for the ps3. so, i guess you could say i was a little disappointed but it is still a good game.

tony hawk is pretty good too. the graphics are good (not the best, but much better than any previous skating game i've played). the sick challenges seem to be impossible, but i am sure i will get them after i play it more.

blazing angels is a good airplane game. i am kinda into wwII stuff, so it is nice playing the game cuz you go through each of the major battles and stuff and it tells you the history of it. plus, its been fun playing it with other people and using the sixaxis thing so that the controller is kinda like a real yoke (tilt it back to rise in altitude and stuff). my granddad was a navy pilot in wwii, and i even got him to play it(the first video game hes EVER played) and he enjoyed it to. but, this game tends to freeze up on me for some reason...it only freezes when i play this game.

nhl07 is cool, graphics are not so good, but the gameplay is pretty good. i havent really played tiger woods yet.

my favorite game so far was max payne. the story was pretty interesting and i just really got into that game (first game i have ever fully beaten) the graphics sucked, but what can you expect for a $2 ps2 game?



i agree with yall that the games as of right now for ps3 kinda suck. i am sure that the games that will be coming out soon will stomp the current 360 games, but that will still be a while from now.


for the system itself, i was also a tad let down. i thought that it would be a much faster loading system. besides that, i just dont like how you have to turn on the switch and then push a button to turn on the system. its kinda pointless if you ask me. you also have to turn the system off completely if you want to play another game (you can't just take out the cd and put another in). also, i have carried mine around a few times, and found out something else annoying. when you want to switch from composite to component to hdmi or whatever, you have to have it plugged in to the current setting to switch it. So, i found out after hooking it up to my hd tv and then taking it to a plain tv that it would not work and i could not change the output to the vga cables.

the built in wireless is great and i love that there is a 60gb hard drive in it. i have downloaded 4 or 5 demos online and it hasnt even touched the capacity yet. thats probly my favorite thing, that you can go online on the system and download a demo straight to it and then play it maybe 10 minutes later.

the bluray movies are nice too. so far i only have talladega nights (it came with it), and the picture is great. no longer do i have to see squares all over the 50"!!!

Well I suck at games on a computer!! I will take a controller anytime over a mouse and keyboard.  I love consoles!!!!!!  To each his own though!!  Besides I say do what you are good at less disappointment that way!!

Yeah man I have a pretty sweet set up with a 42" plasma with 360 and PS3 hooked up in all there HD glory.  I have basically only played the mexico part I haven't even started the Vegas part.  Too many bowl games and playoffs and work!!!!!!!  And  I have played Gears of War a ton.  I will probalby get back to Rainbow 6 tonight after work.  Now if it could just get below 60 degrees and some of the places around here could make some snow and open back up life would be great.

Well I own it and I have played it but I haven't gotten too far in it yet.  I just got it for xmas and I have been fairly busy but it is AWESOME from what I have seen so far.

I have 360 and PS3 and right now the 360 is killing the PS3.  There are not many good games for PS3 yet.  Can't wait until this time next year though should be a ton of them.

it's all good cantbeyou... so how is the ps3? i've only seen it being played at best buy.

I have a 360 but sadly I don't have a gamertag . I don't even have DSL at home even worse!!!!
