Hi there. I'm writing to you from the UK and am due to go skiiing in Italy on March 10th. I've had a look at your site and would like to buy some clothing and accessories. Please can you answer the following questions:-
(i) Can I definitely buy merchandise from your site online from the UK?
(ii) How long does it take to deliver goods once I have processed a transaction.
(iii) How do I know if you've got the items that I need in stock?
(iv) Other than delivery charges, are there any other costs that need to be added to the prices that I see on-line?

(i) Yes, you can buy merchandise from SierraSnowboard and have it shipped to the United Kingdom. (ii) I can't exactly attribute along the package will take because of delays but possibly a week or two. You will need to verify as I'm not sure. (iii) Items that are in stock are the sizes in black text. Items out of stock are the sizes that are greyed out. (iv) Tariffs and taxes are not included and may be applied. |

this was one of the BEST sells known. i felt incredible going in getting new bindings, socks, googles, Burton pants, and soloman boots and then adding it all up regular price and seeing how much i actually paid and saved!!!
