Hey everyone, I'm not quite a newb, but I'm not quite advanced yet. But in the past, I would just rent and have everything already set up for me and I'd just adjust it. I just got a pretty sweet new set-up, and want to make sure I'm setting everything up correctly.
The set-up is as follows: GNU HCB 153cm Burton Cartels (M) Salomon Dialogues (9.5) I'm 5'9'', 140lbs, goofy foot, and I like to just freeride mostly, but want to develop my freestyle. What should the distance from plate to plate be on my bindings? Should I just go with a +15/-3 set for the angles? Etc. Thanks! |

You should set your bindings wherever it feels best. Most people like them set somewheres between 21"-23".

if i were you regarding angles and you were just starting a liitle freestyle but definitely keeping the free riding in mind i would hit up 15 in front and 6 in the back or maybe even 9...

Dont screw the bindings in and just try and stand up and see what feels comfortable then when its pretty close to what feels right screw it all down then you can finetune when you are up on the mountain
