10/21/2010 3:03:32 PM	My favorite recipe is Spam stir-fry. In a wok i stir fry some spam, cut up in cubes, onions, carrots, celery, peppers, pineapple add some pineapple juice, rice vinegar, a touch of tamari, a squirt of ketchup, chile flakes, finish with corn starch slurry, mung bean sprouts, green onions, some sesame seeds, and i serve it over jasmine rice...how about you?
