6/16/2013 11:21:33 PM We did have a string of great pitching, but I guess with the way this season is going, can't rely on that too much. Though I've seen much more from this replacement lineup than I was expecting, still don't have that high of hopes for this team until we get healthy....
6/11/2013 6:15:19 PM I think Marco Scutaro just broke his hand....
6/9/2013 6:32:22 PM yeah gaudin with another quality start. Someone might have to battle for that starting spot once vogey gets healthy. Definitely glad that he's have success as a starter though. A few good games of starting pitching in a row is what I like to see. The past few games look like the Giant's of old
6/8/2013 10:54:22 PM I guess an offensive explosion is an acceptable way to win with shoddy pitching. Bum was doing okay with a huge lead, I guess bochy just trying to protect him. Ramirez doesn't seem to be the same pitcher he was when he was a critical part in our 2010 campaign. I guess that's why he was in the minors for so long this season. crucial win for the giants today though.
6/7/2013 11:01:25 PM Affedlt has been solid for us this year too.... But I don't think Cain should've gone out there to pitch to that first batter in the 8th. Either way, this was a huge let down, I was so excited to see Cain dealing today. Such an important game too....
6/6/2013 11:00:20 PM woooooo what a game. Tony parker, just wow. I think lebron was a little timid and needs to at least score 24 for the heat to win. rebounds and assists whatever, he needs to get his team on the board. That late 3 attempt by bosh, I really didn't like, even though he was open, he could've drove, the 3 isn't his forte. ITS GONNA BE A GOOD SERIES
6/4/2013 9:31:14 PM Timmy pitched GREAT today, maybe all the bullpen talk got him going, but one way or another, that's a great sign. 7 innings of 1 run ball. Looked great
6/2/2013 3:06:18 PM CHAD GAUDIN OUR SAVING GRACE! quality start from chad in a nice win for the giants today. Belt coming through in the clutch with the 2 run pinch hit double to take the lead, and our bullpen closed the day. A full bullpen effort lol
6/1/2013 7:48:58 PM Giant's pitching right now is terrible... Starters are making it hard for us to even stay in the game. I guess it doesn't help that we're playing the cards, but either way our starting pitching has not been the same. It's so hard watching these games knowing what these guys can do... Not sure why all of them are getting beat up... I love rhigetti, but he's gotta get this group together....
5/26/2013 9:40:50 PM I was surprised that cain limited all that damage today to only 2 runs. I'm used to starting pitching to blow the game wide open, but despite all the walks, cain only had 2 runs in the first and kept the rockies at bay the rest of the game as our offense did their thing yet again.
5/26/2013 9:37:49 PM This heat game was much less interesting as the heat had the game in hand for most of the game. Paul george was shut down and the heat just dominated. When you look at this game, it makes me wonder if the pacers even have a chance anymore. But it's just one game, hopefully the pacers can make it interesting in game 4.
5/25/2013 5:53:51 PM The end of the 3rd quarter was freaking amazing. I'm so excited to be able to watch the rest of this series. lbj vs pg, the exchange is so freaking awesome. But yeah stephenson does have his spaz moments getting some terrible shots, but he had that one finish that was really nice
5/25/2013 5:30:21 PM It was amazing. I seriously can't believe the way this season has been panning out. So many come from behinds victories and now an inside the park walk off 2 run homer in the 10th. This offense backing up our sub-par pitching. not used to it but ill take the wins!
5/22/2013 10:17:30 PM Heat game was pretty intense. When Paul George hit that three to send it to overtime, I was thinking that the pacers were gonna take it, but he gave it back up on the last play in ot over pursuing. Gave Lebron an easy layup. it's gonna be a good series, but probably not gonna expect birdman to have such a great game each time out
5/20/2013 11:06:44 PM Exactly what we needed with this shutout win at home. But with Vogey injured, possibly out 6 weeks after pitching the best 5 innings he's pitched all season.... Not sure if I can say today was a good day....
