4/12/2012 6:45:12 AM	Try drinking a little at a time. I was once lactose intolerant back in college but after a few years I can now drink milk, eat ice cream, etc. with no problems.

1/27/2012 7:59:20 AM	I'm selling my Park Pickle in order to make room in my quiver. It has been everything I hoped for and more in a super fun, park-oriented, all-mountain board. This thing handles anything you throw at it and more. The board is in great condition! There are some scratches and dings on the topsheet from normal wear and tear. The base is in excellent shape after it was professionally p-tex'd for two or three light gouges. You can't even tell it's there aside from the p-tex color. Stickers can be removed upon request. Asking for $149 (shipping is $20 or free local pickup in NYC)

11/29/2011 4:10:55 PM	I had a random clenching pain around my left kneecap that would last a few seconds and then go away whenever I was walking around. I've had it since August about a month after I started running in Vibram FiveFingers. I was waiting to see if my knee would get better on its own and it didn't so I started going to physical therapy a month ago. To my surprise, the pain completely went away after my first visit. They massaged my IT band and my inner quad and had me do a few exercises. I was diagnosed as having runner's knee along with arthritis, which was the result of my kneecap not tracking straight. There was popping noises and grinding whenever I bent and straightened my leg and they said I needed to fix the biomechanics of my knee by strengthening my inner quad and glutes. So far I've been using the Bosu both normally and flipped upside down doing various exercises such as squats and single-legged bridges.
