5/21/2013 10:14:56 PM Kershaw has been the only bright spot for the Dodgers this year...well Gonzalez and Crawford are doing their share.  But he has been unbelievable. He holds the lowest era for any pitcher with more than 1000 innings in MLB history!  And he is only 25. His era over his last 58 starts is 1.97. He would have one the Cy Young award last year if it wasn't for the dodgers not scoring any runs for him. Still aren't scoring runs for him this year but with an era of only 1.37 he has managed to pull out 5 wins.  If Greinke is worth 150 million...what is Kershaw worth?
5/21/2013 10:09:07 PM Man the Sharks came out firing...that is the most dominated I have seen the Kings in a long time in that first period.  Kings really played well in 3rd which is important coming back home to Staple center.  We have the two best home teams doing what they should do and that is win at home.  Thursday is going to be crazy rocking. Oh and what a ridiculously quick whistle and horrible call on that goal they disallowed. Niemi never even came close to having that puck, why the ref blew it I have no idea.
5/21/2013 7:29:34 PM Drama with Dwight already in full force...rumors are he was not happy with Mike D.  Departure to Houston already swirling.
5/20/2013 7:18:32 PM I'd guarantee you a decent amount would still play. Look at all the semi-pro and amateur leagues around the nation. They don't get paid shit, but they're still out there in helmets and pads because they love playing the game. [/QUOTE] Agreed, so many of these guys have taken risks that are unnecessary just to be playing when no money is on the line at that moment.
5/20/2013 7:10:56 PM ^ As a King fan I guess you have to root for the Wings.
5/20/2013 11:49:45 AM They had a run of drafting good players: Kershaw, Kemp, Billingsley and others but they started trading away all their good farm players: They traded Carlos Santana for Casey Blake...seriously! Last year they traded away their best prospects in the Gonzalez, Crawford trade. They spend money poorly: 3 years 22 million to Brandon League...ouch!5 years 85 million for Ethier when they have Puig in the works who will be one of best hitters in the league and Van Slyke who could have filled Ethier's shoes. And Kemp has turned into a single's hitter...shoulder must be messed up.  Bullpen is bad...League is bad and Bellasario has been awful. Colleti and Mattingly will be gone next year...Ethier will get traded by summer...they will try and dump League but they are stuck with that mess.  However, Hanley will be back and they will play him at 3rd, Dee Gorden will play short and he shows promise. Ellis is back at second and Greinke is back...they can still go on a run, especially if Kemp is even 3/4 of the player he normally is...still hope but dwindling fast.
5/19/2013 10:18:03 PM now the dodgers bullpen is blowing games...can this season get any worse?
5/19/2013 10:16:59 PM pretty sure that is the first.
5/18/2013 10:08:06 PM I have taken the Joystick of medium kickers and ground tricks and handles well.  I haven't been on a rockered board that wasn't good in pow yet...so I am sure it is really fun in trees.
5/18/2013 10:04:19 PM Another super tight battle in Kings/Sharks series.  Sharks had to win and they did so good on them for that. They have another must win game...Kings still in the driver's seat.
5/18/2013 10:02:00 PM Kemp this far into the season with one home run...ouch.  His shoulder must be messed up because this doesn't wash.
5/17/2013 3:16:05 PM Kind of ironic that I would want to go and read about science topics from a drop out...but yeah that sound interesting. It it primarily for entertaintment/humor or is he really trying to educate on the subjects?
5/17/2013 1:22:42 PM Why do you view the Sherlock as a Pow board?  Same profile as Custom V?  They are both Flying Vs, Custom has 10 setback while Sherlock has 12.5.  Just curious because they seem like almost the same board to me.  I must be missing something.  Okay so I just read up on side effects.  I do not think that will make a big difference in the ride personally.  The Sherlock is Twin like shape with Directional Flex where as Customer V is Twin Flex with Directional Shape. Although as I mentioned they both have almost the same minor set back.  These boards seem almost identical other than the side effects part and the reversal of flex/shape. I personally rather have Twin Shape and Directional Flex because it seems to feel more the same when riding switch just with a little more pop and resistance when riding regular which is good for me.  But that is why I got the Joystick :)  Twin Shape, Direction Flex, rails, rocker ideal for pow, plenty of solid resistance for butters.  I would recommend that board cuz it is such a fun do everything board but the largest it comes in is 157.
5/17/2013 6:44:52 AM Wow...what a finish to the Kings game.  Two goals in 22 seconds with under 2 minutes to go to win the game.  That is a tough one for the Sharks to swallow.  Be interesting to see what kind of heart that team has down 2 going back home.  Kings were in same situation against Blues after losing two heart breakers (OT loss against a short handed goal due to Quick miss cue and the second game got scored on with 30 seconds left to lose) but then came back to win 4 straight.  Kings are in a great spot though and this team knows how to close.  Should be a great game 3.
5/16/2013 4:56:18 PM Instead of the Custom FV have you considered the Sherlock...they are very similar though Here is a great price on the Sherlock though: http://www.rei.com/product/823140/burton-sherlock-snowboard-2011/2012?preferredSku=8231400002&cm_mmc=cse_froogle-_-pla-_-product-_-8231400002&mr:referralID=b31c7519-be82-11e2-9389-001b2166c62d
