- Name: 2010 Burton Escapade EST Snowboard Bindings Women's
- Pros: Stiff in a good way, Extremely responsive, Built to last
- Cons: Cannot think of any,
- Flex: stiff
Experience:
I bought these bindings to accompany my Women's Supermodel 156 and Q boots a couple of years back after falling in love with them on a demo day, and have nothing but good things to say about them. If you love backcountry/pow/carving fast groom, you will enjoy the responsiveness and dampening these bindings provide. You can really feel the snow under your feet while at the same time, the footbed really soaks up chatter...You feel a smoothness in your ride even in crappy snow conditions.
Also, the integration with the channel system is extremely awesome. You have an infinite amount of stance options with ECS board/bindings. I wish every snowboard company would switch to a channel setup. *Keep in mind that if you do NOT have a channel system board, you need to buy the NON-ECS Escapade Bindings, NOT these ones.*
They are considerably stiffer than the Lexa (also a very good binding that I own and enjoy), so if you are more of a park rider, you might like the Lexa better.
