- Name: 2010 Burton Restricted Dyer Snowboard Jacket Men's
- Pros: warm, waterproof, lots of pockets
- Cons: hood does not fit over my helmet, no mesh under armpit vents,
- Jacket Fit: Just right
- My Size: L
- Fits Like: L
- Description: this jacket is loose, but not baggy. perfect fit such that I didn't even notice it
Experience:
The fit did seem large at first, but once I velcro the cuffs and cinch the waist it is perfect. The gater zips to burton pants, and did a great job keeping the snow out for all the time I spent wiping out. The hood does not fit over my helmet, but it is warm and covers well when not wearing a helmet. Also this model comes with patches sewn on that kind of give it a punk military style.
It is thick, warm, and a bit puffy. I wore thermals and a t-shirt underneath when the temperature was mid-30s, and I was very toasty while boarding.
Arm pit vents do not have a mesh cover underneath. It is just wide open. This could be a con if you wipe out with them open and fill up with snow. It could be a pro because you can cool down really fast.
