- Name: 2006 Dakine Mountain Snowboard Stomp
- Pros: good for small feet, pokey and stick to boot well,
- Cons: fall off, fall off again, and fall off again
Experience:
i got these stomp pads last year when i got my first snowboard. so of course they were my first stomp pads. i had my friend put them on who is a very experienced snowboarder, and who has been boarding for about 10 years now. so i took them out on the mountain for the first time and when i took my boot out at the bottom, i went down a slight hill and braked with my foot on the pads and both of them fell right off. i figured that since they were top rated on trusnow, they should be really good, so i ordered a second pair. i put them on about a week before i rode again, following instructions exactly. well i'm more impressed this time seeing as i have one still one. but i'm not all that happy that one is missing. i don't recommend these, because if you'd like to have stomp pads that stay on, and don't fall off, you should probably find some better ones, although they proved to stick to the boot well (pros).
