• Name: 2011 Flow Trilogy
• Pros:  Excellent finish and appearance, easy fine adjustment, light weight
• Cons:  time consuming initial set up, non adjustable toe pads, cable anchoring
• Flex:  mid

Experience:   I have used and installed Flow bindings on three other snowboards, so I am familiar with the product. The Trilogy has a nice feature in that each strap has a mini ratchet for quick adjustmens. These seem lighter than the Flow Essence which I installed on my wife's board. Although I found the finish on the bindings excellent, I did not like the small steel clip that holds the cable to the base. It seems like this would be a common place to break off the cable from the base. Overall I would still recommend this binding to anyone who wants a quick entry binding. Take your time and be patient in setting them up and you will definately enjoy that Flow feeling.
